Aaron Hurst

Aaron is the founding Managing Director of Endeavor Atlanta, a global non-profit that selects and supports the fastest growing entrepreneurs in emerging entrepreneurial ecosystems around the world. Prior to launching Endeavor Atlanta in 2017, Aaron led the global payroll and software partnerships at Ceridian HCM (NYSE: CDAY), a global human capital management software company. Prior to Ceridian, Aaron was a Manager in Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy practice where he led growth and innovation programs for Fortune 500 retail and consumer goods firms.  He served in the firm’s Innovation Center, developing its next generation of customer facing technology solutions.  Earlier in his career, Aaron worked as a Venture Fellow at seed stage Venture Capital firm IDEA Fund Partners.  He was also part of the founding North American team for French based software firm Aldata Solution (now SymphonyAI).  Aaron started his career at Manhattan Associates, a high-growth Atlanta-based supply chain software firm. Aaron earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from UNC Chapel-Hill.  He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, playing golf, and watching Pittsburgh sports.
