For many years Andres wanted to be an entrepreneur and his dream came true with Florence Healthcare. As the Co-Founder & CTO, he focuses on improving clinical trials by building technology that helps research sites, CROs, and Sponsors streamline complex processes and workflows. His experience in security technology coincides with his passion for solving problems with technology.

Andres is passionate about building technology for people and he believes that culture is the most important aspect of a company. He is convinced that luck plays an outsized role in success; however, he subscribes to the belief that luck is "when preparation meets opportunity".

In his spare time, he loves traveling with his wife and a camera.
