Rachel Kazungu

Rachel is a manager for our ScaleUp Operations and Endeavor Portfolio Growth team, directly supporting selected entrepreneurs on their growth needs.

Prior to Endeavor, Rachel worked at Crowe LLP as a Business Risk Consultant, specializing in Financial Services clients where she provided internal audit and compliance services. She was also a Financial Analyst at JP Morgan in their SOX Compliance & Controller Group.

Rachel is a graduate of Alabama State University with a BSc. in Finance. Additionally, she holds an Associate Degree in Arts and Sciences from Southeastern Community College in West Burlington, Iowa. While in college, she participated in Study Abroad programs in Costa Rica and China. Originally from Tanzania, she is passionate about financial literacy, entrepreneurship & international development.

On a personal level, Rachel enjoys traveling and meeting people from different countries/cultures. She also loves to dance.
